    Default "Getting Results With Mediastudio Pro 8"

    I was wondering if anyone has purchased the book or cd?? Just wondering if it is worth getting it or is the book pretty basic and stuff I could learn on my own? any suggestions?

    Haven't used the materials myself, but have looked at some of the samples. Looks reasonably good enough and does get good reviews.

    I guess it all depends on what your starting point is. If you are a complete novice, or some of the more elaborate features of Media Studio are currently beyond your capability, then invest and give it it a go. On the other hand, if you are starting from a reasonable background in Video Editing and have a good concept of more advanced features, then the book probably won't add very much to your arsenal.
