Welcome!. I don't think too many people on here are going to sit down and respond to a demand ....."Some one plz tell me in detailed were to go. How to find it, and do it."....
but 'Hey!' I'm a nice guy.........
You obviously know about splitting clips and presumably also that you could use a flash transition but you don't want to split the clip. Why don't you just add another video track and use a few frames of white generated media at the point(s) you need the flash?. Dead unsubtle but no split clip.

    DW Its Cool....
Why don't you want to split the clip?.
A flash naturally 'rises' and 'declines'. If you split the clip and use the flash transition you can control how the flash looks, albeit just a fraction of a second. If you add a separate video track with inserted white media as I described, it could end up looking like a camera fault.

OK......... Right click on your video track header and 'insert video track'. Select your new track and click on the media generators tab>solid colour>white and position it on your new video track where you want the 'flash'. That video you showed looked like the level was set to about 70%. Adjust that on the level slider in the new video track header. OK?.
