    Default Timer on video

Hi!, I was wondering how I could put like a countdown timer on top of a video in
Sony Vegas Studio 6.0. Any help would be.....well.....very...helpful.

    Covered this here, http://www.videoforums.co.uk/sony-ve...ount-down.html

Will help if you have a timecode function.

I'm sorry but I don't quite get it. I read the thread and tried it out and got a timer to count from 3:00 down, but it had a black background behind it and I want it to be transparent so you can see the movie in the background. Could you please explain this a little more?
