Default Alparysoft deinterlace filter

The new version of Alparysoft deinterlace filter is released.
Now following functions are added:

- An opportunity to filter the certain area or several areas, instead of the whole frame;

- Work process visualization: you can see, how the image varies at each function application;

- The new deinterlacing method was added, it allows to receive the better image due to edited blocks are searched on the already smoothed picture;

- Pop-up helps which simplify work with the filter.

The filter is realized as the DirectShow-filter, and also as plug-ins for VirtualDub, Adobe Premiere, Ulead Media Studio and AviSynth.
