Default Dallas Intro Software?

Hi

A friend of mine recently showed me a dvd he created many years ago. It started with the classic Dallas Intro which I was impressed with. When I asked him how he managed to create that effect he told me that he used a wizard from the video editing software he was using at the time. Unfortunately he cannot remember what the software was called.

Does anybody know of any such wizard/theme or template from any video editing software?
