On a more serious note what if I was from the BNP? Would that make a difference. Without some sort of law to protect you what could you do about it. What is on joke video is not slanderous as such it just makes you look a bit silly. BUT could have been done to make you look a lot worse.

Without the copyright law what else could you do about it.

BNP fan video. It could be removed by me in a flash with a compliant - but why would I ? Who has been hurt or damaged?

Cos of my position re copyright etc this was my response - no bleating from me - hardly ever.


Too often the laws of copyright and slander / libel stuff is used to stop powerfull people being rightly challenged by the people and press.

It is interesting to note that I personally and others have found that the bnp on you tube are VERY ' litigious ' - they shuy my channels regularly saying I breech their rights by using their video and pics in my challenging films - this clearly is a moral wrong and an abuse of copyright.

And in court I would win. But who bothers ? The powerful bother to club the weak ( and I dont mean me )

I think they should be taken down, purely on the grounds of using bad transitions and spinning text.
