Default pls reccommend a good microphone

Hi

i wanna buy a coordless microphone & really don't know of a good model. Just for amatuer use - nothing too technical. pls recommend me something.

The question's a bit general, there are dozens of microphones out there, it depends on what you want to use it for, how much you are willing to spend and how you intend to develop in the future.

I think the panasound coordless microphone is a good option for you. It's not that expensive.

Yeeeuch!!!! No!!!!

Don't go for this sort of toy. You're far better looking for alternatives. I'm sorry but for this sort of price you are not going to get anything resembling a microphone. It's meant for toodlers' karaokes and nothing more. It will make your video sound awful.

The two makes you should be looking at are Sennheiser and Audio Technica, both do a good range of radio mics for amateurs and semi-pro videomakers. They are a bit more expensive but at least you won't be receiving the neighbour's television, the baby-monitor and the local mini-cabs.

What did you want to use it for? In what sort of situations?
