No audio in PP 2 - now I wanna batch convert all clips

I have several clips with the huffy video and MP3 audio. This was no problem in Premiere Pro 1.5. Now I have 2.0 and it will only import the video and ignore the audio.

I have about 120 clips spread over several directories, and I would like to convert all audio to WAV (or save it as a seperate WAV file). I have VirtualDubMod running too.

Is there any way to batch this, so I don't have to open/save 120 clips?
