New Sennheiser Microphone

For those who are thinking about buying a Sennheiser MKE300 on-camera mic... Wait a bit.
The upgrade, unimaginatively called the MKE400 will be released shortly.

They are also releasing a new range of MKH microphones, the 8000 series which will be cheaper than their current range.

I'm not a fan of the MKE300, although it's the most popular prosumer on-camera mic, so it'll be interesting to see if the MKE400 is any better.
