I have to edit some large blocks of audio in search of TV commercials. I want to find a program that will automatically cut the file into parts based on when the audio is switching from show->commercial->commercial->show.

These points typically show very obvious low volume / low amplitude in Audacity so I figure there's probably a program out there that already does this. Anything out there?
