Perhaps I am being fussy but maybe 'Sound reacording and audio editing' is better cos it stresses the importance of the recording process, I was thinkning of the 'crap in - crap out' principle.

Not sure I agree with the use of "reacording", I personally prefer the more traditional "recording".
"Sound Recording and Audio Editing" floats my boat. |
