Default Slow Motion A/V together?

is it possible to slow mo the audio and the video together and not have to do it seperately? i havent found a way yet... help!!??

Hold Shift and click on both audio and video channel to select both and go to the end of your clip, hold Ctrl down and drag it to the right to slow down.
