How do i freeze a moment in a video pls help me thxs

Add a velocity envelope to your video track. Right click and add a point, then set that point to 0%. That's one way that I know of....might be others.

Already try to do that the clip begins to reverse?

Did you manually set the velocity to 0? If you just drag the line to the bottom is goes to negative velocity. Should work for you, I've used it a couple times. I'm a newbie too though, so maybe I'm explaining it wrongly.

OK, On video track "right click" add velocity envelope, at the point you want to freeze the video right click on velocity envelope and add point, now add a second poit just after your first one the click on it and "drag" it below the first point. Right click on the lower point and click on "set velocity" now add the value "0". It's as easy as that.
