My install of vegas has always been fine editing divxs. I recently upgraded to divx 6 and could no longer import the video of the divx GRRR. I uninstalled 6 and went back to 5, still no vidoe GRRRRRRRR.
Anyone got a handle on this ? How do I see what codecs are installed? Why the prob ?

Hi Mark. If you're on XP, try system restore rather than a simple uninstall. That way has cured a few probs for me in the past.

Yep, fixed. I believe in magic ! Never used restore befor, clever stuff. I would still like to know that the glitch was caused by.
