when Is rendering is coming small not full screen

any help on sitting up the settings

You don't have the correct aspect ratio set up.

I don't own vegas, so I just downloaded the manual. On page 119, it says there's an option with the render new dialogie box called "stretch video to fill output frame".

Have you spun that clip 90 degrees in the pan and crop? or, what was the clip recorded on.

If playback is on pc, you won't get full screen unless you tell the player to show full screen. Then it may be pixalated because it will have to stretch the video. Even if you render @ 720x480, you won't get full screen if, let's say, your monitor is set to 1024x768 & you don't tell your player top show full screen. Also be mindful of the templates as some of them use half resolution.
