Vegas 6 MIDI clock sync

Does anyone do MIDI clock sync from Vegas 6???

I have been able to MIDI clock sync out from Vegas 6 as Master to first my Motif es6 (external keybaord)then from there back into my PC to my audio/MIDI program Ableton Live 5.01 and it actually "works" but .. the audio tracks in Live runs slow.so I was wondering how I can do direct midi clock sync connection from Vegas 6 to ableton live 5.01 keeping the MIDI clock signal inside my PC..
