Thread: grabbing single frames

I am using vegas 6
The problem is when I grab single frames and save them as jpeg,they seem to move,buzz,hum around a little (once i have encoded the file).I am using DV footage and my pc is up to spec..
If anyone has any ideas

Hi Marrs. Make sure, when you grab the frame, you do it with the preview pane at best, full quality. It grabs it as you see it, so if you've grabbed at preview auto quality, that's what you'll get. Might help.

I did grab all the frames at best quality.
The stills seems fine when encoded to dvd mpg2

But when it get REcoded after I make my dvd menus thats where the problem starts. (maybee encode to ac3??)
I am using dvd workshop 2

any ideas??

That's an audio format and shouldn't affect the video at all Marrs.
