Hi!
I have a problem with the bluescreen preset in sony vegas. when i put my bluscreen character on top of a background it becomes transparent. how do i fix this???
Hope you know what Im talking about

I assume you're using the chroma plug-in? Try altering the threshold settings on the sliders.

The better the original screen the easier the chroma keying. Avoid shadows, light the screen, use 'proper' screen fabric. I believe green is best for video.

Also I find avoiding the colour picker can help. I usually set the transparent colour to 100 % green then tweak. As said above gettibng a good key is all about tweaking the keyer.

Thx Guys.
But the problem is; When Im done with the Charoma Keying and put the finished work on the timeline, "layer 2" get transparent.
Whats the prob?
