new to media studio and video editing

i recently downloaded some movies that had been filmed in the movie theartor and i want to make these movie lokk more clear. i am new to video editing and media studio, and was wondering if their are any tutoriols on how to edit or if anyone has any avice on how to make these movies more clear and not so pixeled.
