Hy all
i encoutered a problem , when trying to do x-vid two pass encoding with ulead media studio.my source file is DV type 1.First pass always contains only audio data and so i s the second pass???
when i use the same xvid settings with virtual dub video is ok but no audio :(

Could be several things including a dodgy codec.

Can you post your project settings in Media Studio?

microsoft avi files
PAL (25 fps)
Overlay track(s):3
Microsoft AVI file
24 Bits, 720 x 576, 25 fps
Lower Field First
XviD MPEG-4 Codec
Interleave audio for every 1 frames
PCM, 48,000 kHz; 16 Bit; Stereo
tryed already to uninstall and change my xvid codec with the latest koepi`s version the result is the same : only audio data is compressed during both passes
