Sony Vegas and Media StudioYep, I know they're not related, but they both fall in the Premiere Alternative bracket in my humble opinion! Post here for Ulead Media Studio or Vegas video problems or pointers...
I'm wanting to crop the top and bottom parts of this video, but when I try, it leaves just black emptiness above and below the video. I want to be able to crop it entirely and not have those black parts.
If so, rather than using the crop tool, use track motion to `zoom` onto the image. If you are losing top and bottom though, you will lose the same amount at the sides too UNLESS you alter the aspect ratio too. But of course you will squish the picture.
