I'm using Vegas to do a slideshow of 250 pictures and captions to go with the pictures.

I typed up all the captions and am having them appear over the images.

Somewhere along the line, the text doesn't fade out in time, so it stays on the screen for the next picture. I need the text and pictures all to be the same length.

My question is: Is there an easy way to select all the captions and resize them all the same size? Same with the pictures.. this way everything will match up and correspond. Hope that all made sense.

You want to know about scripting - it allows you to create a muti task command so it takes out all of the manual work by applying the script to each new event added or each track or the project.
