| | | | | Sony Vegas and Media Studio Yep, I know they're not related, but they both fall in the Premiere Alternative bracket in my humble opinion! Post here for Ulead Media Studio or Vegas video problems or pointers... |

| | SONY Vegas 6 WITH MPEG1 I'm using VEGAS 6 and I have a Sony DVD Camera. I use Pixela ImageMiwer to import videos from my Sony Camera and it creates them in MPEG1 form as far as I understood.
When I try to import them SONY Vegas I don't have any audio. I have MConcept plug-in installed and AC3 codec’s.
Please HELP.
Thanks. |

| | You would make life a helluva lot simplefor yourself if you captured in Vegas itself. Try it. Much better! |

| | Vegas With MPEG1 For all the captured files, isn't there anything I can do to import them to Vegas? I don't have the source DVD because I use re-writable DVDs. |

| | Do this
Tools>Preferences
Preview device tab
Select 1394 DV Device
Your camera should now be recognised when you plug it in via Firewire |

| | There's a few options available to you. By far the easiest is to simply conver the MPEG to a format Vegas is happy editing: http://www.videoforums.co.uk/guide-faq-90.htm#9 | | Thread Tools | | | | Display Modes | Linear Mode |
