Default Sony vegas and the panasonic HDCSD90K - play nicely together

Just wondering if anyone had this camcorder and used sony vegas movie studio (I have version 11) with it? Wanting to try it as a first camcorder - it has good reviews bar the editing software it comes with. I already have vegas anyway and like it so was hoping to buy a camcorder without any funny quirks when used with this software.

    Thanks all
    Jon

I can't see that being a problem given that it records to AVCHD, and providing you have a well spec'd machine. Not sure that Vegas supports 3d (which I believe your cam supports).

Both Movies Studio v11 and Vegas Pro v11 support stereoscopic 3D.

Thanks guys. Not even slightly bothered about 3D. Am going to pull the trigger and get my wallet out tonight.

Well, quick update for anyone thinking of making the same purchase - it is a great camera (i am using the US/Canada version) and no issues with vegas so far. The version I am using (movie studio HD11) also seems to be fine with the 1080p60 images the camera produces, which I think was an issue with earlier vegas versions.
