Default Creating "sketch motion callouts" through Vegas 11

    Hello,

Is Vegas 11 (pro or movie studio) able to create "sketch motion callouts"? This ones are common in video tutorial usage. An example made in Camtasia Studio is available in the following link (exactly in time 3:20): 3- How to add Sketch Motion Callouts in Camtasia Studio 7 - YouTube

    All the best in 2012!

There is no easy way to make animated figures in Vegas but it can be done with masking and keyframes on a pre-drawn image. Something like the example shown would be relatively easy.

Place the image, with a transparent background, on a track above the video. Use the masking tool and keyframes to slowly reveal the image as required.
