Project file deleted or moved

Hi, I was just working on a project and wanted to save but the saving progress was constantly at 33% for quite a long time. I couldn't cancel it or do anything. I thought my sony vegas pro 10 froze so I opened up the task manager and closed it there. After I tried to open up my project file again my sony vegas said that it's deleted or moved. And now I've lost a week's worth of work...

I'd like to know if there is ANY way at all to get my project file back. Any help is very very appreciated.

Oh thank god i got my file back again. I opened up my vegas and it asked me if i wanted to restore the previous session (it didnt work last time when i opened up sony vegas). I'm just so happy to get it back again
