Software Decision

I tried using Ulead Video Studio 8 to burn DVD's. However, it didn't work out as well as I had hoped.

I was wondering if there are any other programs that could help me out. I need a program that will convert the video from avi format to DVD automatically, as well as make menu's.

Any suggestions? Please help ASAP.
