I don't where i was suppoed to post this but i urgently need help!

WHen i try and crop like a hole in my body or my head off when i do it then go to negative and all that the event crop segaments where i wanted the hole is all black and it wont make a clear hole in my body or anything i use crop for..

please help me

It will be black UNLESS you have something on the track below for the hole to see....

What so? ive got to like video a clip of me on a video track below it? can you explain more please

Essentially you're cutting a hole in the picture. Unless there is something 'underneath' that hole of course it'll be black. Imagine cutting a hole in a photo and leaving on a black table. You'll see black. If you then put that photo on top of another photo - you'll see that through the hole.

Simple really.
