when i rigth click the clip i dont have the option : insert/remove velocity envelope.....can u give me your id for Y!M ....if u want...it will be more easy!

Unfortunately i do not have Y!M atm, my msn is trompettiste at gmail.com if you want though. Right click the track the media is in and look for it there, or go tools (with the track selected) and then go insert/remove envelope.

If that STILL doesnt work, it may be easier to place the media in a new project, slow it down using the master playback rate underneath the list of tracks, render as file and then import that back into ur existing project.
