Jib operators get it right up there....
Hire yourself a camera crane or Glidecam for your shoot from £450 per day...
As Andy says, but you could use the chroma key.
But it would be much more fun to use a real laser
Strictly speaking, of course, that effect is nothing like a laser. One of the key aspects, if not the defining aspect, of a laser is that it is a beam of energy which does not get wider as that in the video does.
