Im putting together a video for a friend with over a 100 clips of himself in Motorsport. They are all 640x480 video size. My question is whats the best way to set up sony vegas 9 PRO to give the best quality at this size? The video will be put on a dvd to be viewed. Any help is welcome. Thanks!

I would set the project properties to match the clip properties. Then render it out as a MPEG2 with the PAL DVD template. (providing you are in the PAL area)
