Thread: Sony Vegas 8 Pan/Crop Tool Won't Move PLEASE HELP!

Okay, so my pan/crop tool was working fine just a few days ago
But when I used it today it wouldn't move.
Like It would move left to right but not up or down
whats wrong with it?m PLEASE HELP!

One of the buttons on the left hand side has been clicked. This tells the program to either allow it to move up and down only or side to side only or move freely.

The icon will change accordingly and will be obvious when you click it.

There's a button with 2 arrows looking like this: <-->
Click it till the up and down arrows get added.
