place clip on first track with Cookie cutter and keyer and on the 2nd track add the clip again, with no effects.

Sony Vegas 7.0 masking help?
Hi, does anyone know an easier way to have a "circle" to surround something or someone during a video to add some emphasis? I've tried masking, but there's always a small white background behind the animation of the circle ( by that I mean I want it to BE circled as the video is rolling, not just have the circle appear). Does anyone know an easier way to this? Like how I can make it transparent? Also, it would be great it if were to stay there, like you know, while the whole video is panning throughout. Much thanks.
