Vegas 7
One of my bloody cameras has recorded tracks with phases opposite. Has taken me ages to work out the rpob - you tube monos tracks and i was getting hrdly any volume cos of cancelling.
I cant see a way of only inverting ONE track - any help???
I expect i can find a fiddly work around by getting another piece of s ware but is there an easier way.
ta.

Do you mean INVERT or SWAP?
Not at Track Level but for Event level:
Right Click on Audio Event > Channels > Swap.
Then check out the Copy>Paste Artribs to all the remaining Audio Events
Any good?

When you say "cancelling" I'm understanding you mean it ignores the CHANNEL that HAS the audio? Or do you mean "noise" cancelling?

Ah! If it is a matter of splitting the Stereo/2 Channel of ONE track, there is a FREE script for doing this. Just click on the Track and fire the script at it. Once you have done that then you can discard the silent Channel! I use Excalibur and UltimateSPro4 which are both fine Vegas Tools, and both have this Stereo Split facility.

Ok - splitting might do it. The probelm is that the phase is 180 degrees out on one channel - so when you tube monos them you get near silence, hence I need change the phase of one channel.
Thanks for script suggestion. I have never run a script actually - first time for everyting !

2] Track Header - yeah I know you don't do track headers . . - Click Invert Track Phase.
