Sony Vegas and Media Studio Yep, I know they're not related, but they both fall in the Premiere Alternative bracket in my humble opinion! Post here for Ulead Media Studio or Vegas video problems or pointers...

Default Whats the diffence between 6.0 & 8.0

Hey, I was wondering if someone could tell me or give me a link. I need to know the difference between the Sony movie Studio & DVD 6.0 & 8.0
I bought the 6.0 not realizing it was just that. So before I open it was lookin for some info. I cant find a chart any where comparing the features. I did down load the trial version of 8.0 and its great, what does the 8.0 have that the 6.0 dosn't...... Can any one help out?

key diff for me is the layout is different, it now is like fcp where the timeline is at the bottom and the preview is at the top... theres also a new textr editing tool which I rarely use, if I wanna put emphasis on text, I head straight for after effects.. And bug fixes, prob missing some things.

As well as stuff already mentioned 8.0 added multi-camera support and (reading from the back of the VASST version 8 update training DVD) New audio mixing console, new video previewing tools, Blu-Ray support, XDCam support and the already-mentioned ProType Titler Tools.
