I'll try my best to put it in words


scene is 2 characters are standing in screen..
a glass like frame which is 1/6 of screen width comes out of 2 character, the galass frame itself is also showing the video but its having only some part of video(in this case actions by 2nd character) and moves slightly here and there in screen and then again go back to its original place and settles, the video continues normally.

Cant grok that - can you post a pic or a vid that is similar ?

i think I know what u want... i say have two video tracks of the scene on each... top screen mess with the pan/crop tool... ill exaplian or maybe even do it myself when i have time. bed time!
