Sony Vegas and Media Studio Yep, I know they're not related, but they both fall in the Premiere Alternative bracket in my humble opinion! Post here for Ulead Media Studio or Vegas video problems or pointers...

Default Vegas 7, Need help with Rendering.

Hi,

I have a video which has a resolution of 720p and only last 2 minutes. It is in a .mov format, but the video size is massive. 7 GB's for only 2 minutes!

I am trying to find a way to use Vegas to decrease the file size yet have absolutley no quality loss.

I have tried rendering it as .avi and .wmv but both ended up looking lower quality than the origional .mov.

Does anyone know how I can render the video, so that they file size decreases but suffers no loss in quality.

Thanks.
