Sony Vegas and Media Studio Yep, I know they're not related, but they both fall in the Premiere Alternative bracket in my humble opinion! Post here for Ulead Media Studio or Vegas video problems or pointers...

Hello there.

Me and some friends are doing a school project. We interviewed someone in English (we are Norwegians) so i'm now translating the interview into Norwegian.

Does anyone the best text to use for this? like which font is the the one that mostly dvd's have ? anyone who knows?

Hoping for replies.

For subtites stick to something simple - I usually use arial, verdana, helvetica, or tahoma.

I use arial too when needed. One other thing - I add a tiny bit of shadow to enhance the words. They can look quite flat without it.

Yes, shadow or outline is good. Often up against a light background OR dark if black text think about a lower 1/3 (third) banding.
