Default Xvid MPEG-4 Codec problem

Sup guys i downloaded this video Render_on_XviD_MP4_codec.rar - FileFront.com
which is a vid on how to render in Xvid MPEG-4 format. I did every step in the video but in the video format the Xvid MPEG-4 codec did not show up. Can someone please help me out.
