Hi,

i'm new to Vegas 7.0 and I am looking to insert time and frames in a short video clip. Could someone please tell me how I do that?

Do you want to see a rolling time+frame Counter? If so use the Time & Frames Fx:

GO > Video Fx > Timcode > "Time & Frames" now drag this to the video. Done!
