hi, ive made a vid about 1 minute long with quite a few effects, when i compiled it, it was 349 megs!! how can i make it a reasonable size?

350 meg is about right for 1.5 mins of dv video.
If you want snaller file sizes just render a more compressed version. http://www.videoforums.co.uk/reviews..._articleid/255 - vegas specific guide, but may help as info if u dont use vegas.

The effects make no diffrence to the size of the file, 60minutes of video (AVI) is about 13Gb
