For some reason I cannot render in .wmv format. When I select "Windows Media Video V9 (*.wmv)" there are no templates and for description it says: No existing templates support this media.

Then when I go to make my own custom .wmv one it says: The custom template you selected is not valid with the current project settings. It has been filtered out of the template list.

This has happened in both Vegas 6.0 and Vegas 7.0 and I have no idea how to fix it. Any help would be greatly appreciated

That is truly odd. Has it ever worked?
