Not really sure what you're trying to achieve - ie what was in the original game video and what the effects are. Before & after pics might help. If you'#re just after the over exposed look on the hoghlight, you might look at any number of effects: You could try applying the "Levels" filter then reduce the "input end" parameter to suit.
