i jsut completed the cutting i need in my video, now when i try to render they have so much choices i tried mpeg2, avi and so fort but now in the template i dont know what to choose. does it need to match anything in the properties if so what should the default be when i render my work and try to play it in window media

the screen is black and nothign happens.

i did details how to save the project so i can post it on my we site and other computer can see it please i need to do this before friday evening
