Is it possible to make some of this 3D titles with Sony Vegas 7 ? Or is't only possible with some special program to make that type of title ?

In a nutshel - no! You could create 2D titles and move them in a 3D space so you could achieve the effect of your titles being painted on the road and then lifting off, but the titles would be "flat" rather than 2D.
If you want 3D and cheap (but extremely versatile and well supported) look at BluffTitler

Simply create your title with a transparent background and import the resultant AVI into a track on Vegas.
Unfortunately it's a stand-alone so syncing up moving text with a video as per Hensel P's requirements will take a LOT of patience.

Not sure if there are any 3D plug-ins for Vegas (is Graffitti? Heiroglyph?) at the moment.
