in this link below they zoom in on the atvers googles and then zoom out is that possible with vegas? OR they take a video from far away and theen zoom in or is that done with the camera and then put into slow motion?? YouTube - Fallout 3 Atv Teaser |

Yes - Use Event Pan & Crop and keyframes.
However, footage zoomed in an NLE will always lose quality vs the OPTICAL zoom of a camera.

where acn you find the keyframes button cause now i know what you are talking about but in not sure where to find the keyframes button

By far the quickest and simplest way for us to give you assistance would be for you to post a screen grab of your Pan/Crop window - yeah?

If you look at the image attached, you can see the keyframes at the bottom. To add a keyframe place the cursor where you want a keyframe and either double click or select (+) Insert Keyframe.
You can also move the keyframes by selecting one, holding down and dragging left or right.
Remember the active keyframe is the one which has the inner symbol.

i will try to get it up but i figured it out now im in the process of making a movie with quads dirt bike pit bikes crazy stuff and some other things i will post up what i have done with the crop and every thing
