Sony Vegas and Media Studio Yep, I know they're not related, but they both fall in the Premiere Alternative bracket in my humble opinion! Post here for Ulead Media Studio or Vegas video problems or pointers...

Default Sony Vegas black frames problem
Whenever i render a movie in sony vegas, it comes out with black frames.

(example: YouTube - SK bug )

In windows movie maker, it comes out clean.

( example: YouTube - Perceptive Play )

In sony vegas i have tried the different resolutions etc, but it doesnt help. This problem is really frustrating me.

Any help is appreciated.

Your 2 clips ain't comparing like-for-like. So I can't really offer a view on the matter. Otherwise I can't see an issue with the first - honest?

Used the same settings to render as in WMM, but i still get the black frames.
