Hey, I was wondering how I can make a clip go faster/slower and how to play it backwards. For exampel a guy punches another guy, so first you see the punch in slow motion then it playsbackwards to before he punched and then playforward again in slow motion again etc.

Or just how to speed up a clip. I'm useing Vegas 7.0 full version.

Insert a velocity Envelope:.

VeloPoint > 100% Rates go faster

VeloPoint = 0% Rates = No movement

VeloPoint - (minus) X% Rates go into reverse

VeloPoint -100% Normal Rate Reverse

Add a Master track of Motion Blur!! This will get a fabo blur on that swing!!
