Hi,

I'm trying to record what's going on on my screen with an application called "ScreenRecord" ( Mien Software - ScreenRecord ). It records everything fine but when I try to import it in Vegas it playes back extremely fast. I've experimented with frame rates but not much is happening.

Can anyone figure out what the problem is?

Maybe I should add that I don't own any video editing software yet but I have seen really low prices on Vegas Movie Studio and also Premier Elements so I guess it will be something in that pricerange (I actually saw Vegas Movie Studio going for $39 US at Ebay ). Do you think the low budget applications would work for making rather simple tutorials on computer software(I'm in the music field)?
