Anyone know how to do a good blood effect in vegas 5?

Anyone know how to do a good blood effect in Sony Vegas 5. The only one i could find out was i use Secondary Color Corrector and you just mess with the Saturation, Smoothness, and Gain. Suggestions on a better way cause this way looks a little cheesy and lame.

Vegas is an NLE you will need either a compsiting program like After Effects or you can get premade effects from companies like videocopilot

Ya i have After effects, it was just on my laptop but it was dead so i had to find out a quick blood effect.

Any how the hell do i change it from saying Windows Movie Maker under my name. Its making me look very newbish.

When you have a certain amount of post it changes.
